What this site collects, and what it doesn't.
Short and factual. This policy covers the website at praxisadvisoryconsulting.com only; client analytical work is governed by each client's own agreements.
About this site
This site is operated by Whetstone Analytics. Questions about this policy go to contact@praxisadvisoryconsulting.com.
What this site collects
Contact form. Your name, company, work email, and the two free-text fields: what data you have and what your question is. The form also runs an anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile), which may set a short-lived cookie of its own.
Live chat. The messages you type, the assistant's replies, and any team-member replies are recorded as a transcript. If you provide an email address, it is attached to the conversation. To let a conversation resume when you return, your browser keeps a conversation identifier and, if you gave one, your email address in its local storage. Both are removed when you clear site data.
Hosting logs. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and operations. Where this site stores a record of your network address, it stores a one-way hash, not the address itself.
Nothing else. This site runs no analytics scripts and sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry or chat, and, if it becomes an engagement, to run it. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it for marketing.
Retention
Contact-form submissions and chat transcripts are kept for as long as we need them to reply and, where an inquiry becomes an engagement, to run it. Email us and we will delete yours sooner.
Third parties
Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the anti-spam check, and stores form submissions and chat transcripts. Resend delivers our notification emails. The chat assistant's replies are generated by Anthropic's Claude; your chat messages are sent to Anthropic for that purpose and are not used to train its models. No other third party receives information from this site.
Client data
Whetstone Analytics is an independent analytics firm. We do not sell or resell data. Analyses are performed on de-identified data under each client's own existing data licenses and agreements. Those agreements, not this policy, govern client work.
Your choices
Email contact@praxisadvisoryconsulting.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. Please don't share confidential or patient-level information through the form or the chat.
